In response to the MBLI survey question commissioned by Barrier-Free Manitoba “To what extent would you say you understand the Accessibility for Manitobans Act (AMA) and your obligations as an employer under this Act?” the results show:
• 17% of respondents report an excellent understanding;
• 45% report a partial understanding; and
• 38% report little to no understanding.
